공기업 영어면접에 대하여

안녕하세요 오늘은 공기업 영어면접에 대하여 이야기해 보려고 합니다.

보통 영어면접 이라고 하면 걱정부터 많이 하시는 데요

공기업을 준비하는 입장에서 다들 영어수준이 낮고 

보통 영어면접의 비율도 낮기때문에 너무 걱정하지 않으셔도 되요!!

일반 공기업에서 영어쓸일도 거의 없고 간단한 의사소통 할 정도면 충분합니다!!

또한 영어면접시 잘 못들었거나 질문을 이해하지 못했다면 천천히 다시 여쭤 보신 뒤에

대답하시면 됩니다.

 

 

제 주관적인 생각이지만 영어면접의 배점이 낮고 최저점이 높아서 

영어면접이 당락을 좌우하지 않으니 

시간을 너무 할애하는 것보단, 적당한 시간과 적당한 답변을 준비하고

나머지 면접에 많은 시간을 투자하는 것이 좋다고 생각해요.

영어면접을 아무리 잘해도 상황, 인성 면접에서 점수가 낮으면 떨어지지만

영어면접을 못봐도 상황, 인성 면접 등에서 커버가 가능하기 때문입니다.

 

아래는 제가 영어 면접시 준비했던 질문 및 답변입니다.

너무 간단해서 놀라시겠지만, 정말 저정도 수준으로 나왔었고, 저정도 수준으로 대답했습니다.

1. Tell me about yourself (자기소개)

-> good afternoon, my name is kwh

I went to the inha university and majored in electrical engineering

I can say I am a very hardworking person.

so i'm ready to prove my potential and make a meaningful contribution to your company.

I am very glad to be here for this interview.

 

2. Why did you choose your major? (전공 선택 이유)

-> because electrical engineering is essential to our industry.

-> also I wanted to learn about electricity since I was young.

 

3. What is your philosophy toward work? (일에 대한 철학)

-> it is have full responsibility for my work.

I think that completing my duties first is the staring point of all success.

 

4. How would you describe yourself in one sentence (널 한 문장으로)

-> I am a hard worker.

I always make an effort to succeed

 

5. Tell me about a movie you saw recently (최근 본 영화)

-> recently I saw the split.

the movie is about the bowling.

I was very impressed by the main actor.

I am fan of 유지태.

 

6. Have you ever traveled abroad? (해외여행 가본적있냐?)

-> yes one years ago, I traveled japan with my family.

-> we went to the hot sping and had relax.

-> it was an impressive experience for me.

 

7. who is the most influential Person to you? (가장 큰 영향을 끼친 사람은?)

-> the most influential person is my professor.

-> he taught me a big lesson that I can succeed as long as I don't give up

 

8. What is your Greatest Strength? (너의 강점은?)

-> my strengths are full responsibility

-> 강점을 바탕으로 회사에 와서 뭘 할꺼냐?

-> I will do my best on my work I believe this is beneficial for your company.

 

9. What is your greatest weakness? (너의 약점은?)

-> the weakness is that I tend to talk fast when I nervous

-> so I had so many practice with my study members for this interview.

 

10. Why did you apply for our company? (지원동기)

-> first. your company' has excellent skills and facility.

so I am eager to learn your company's great skills

and to be a good technician

-> second. your company's main plant is located at dang-jin, also my house is near there. since I was young, my dream was enter your company

 

11. 가족소개

->From my childhood because of me father, I grew up to be hard working

and my mother is very kind, so my family was always in peace.

I have 1 younger sister and 1 younger brother, so I learned a sense of responsibility since I was young.

 

11. What do you know about our company?

-> your company has a great reputation for excellent upright company.

and recently have constructed new dang-jin coal fired-units which are the nation's first and largest coal-fired units. also have 11 overseas projects in 6 nations. I certain that east-west power is the leader in this filed.

 

 

12. What is your goals?

-> as a short term goal, I will learn great specialized skills and about facility.

my ultimate goal is to become a true professional like you.

 

-> 효율을 증가시키는 방법이 있나?

-> cope with the breakdown rapidly on specialized knowledge

 

13. How do you handle conflicts?

-> When I face a conflict, I stay cool and focus on the situation.

 

14. How do you handle stress?

-> when I am under stress, I get some exercise. after that I feel refresh

어떤 운동하냐?

-> I usually go to the fitness center or boxing gym.

 

15. Tell me about your experiences at college.

-> I actively participated in boxing club activity.

I can make many friends that they have other major.

also I could develop my strength.

-> I felt that the basic is very important.

also I learn that keep clam is important.

16. Are you willing to work overtime?

-> yes. I am responsible person. I have no problem with working overtime.

-> I was only applied to your company.

to focusing on my first application.

18. What kind of people would you have difficulties working with?

-> I can work with all kinds of people. however, I feel a little bit uncomfortable working with selfish people.

-> You should hire me because I always make an effort.

if I an hired, I will make every effort to benefit the company.

 

20. what is your salary expectation?

-> I am willing to start with the base salary.

-> as far as I know, the salary for this job is thirty million a year.

 

21. How do you propose to compensate for your lack of experience?

-> I can see everything from a new perspective because I have little experience

-> my dream job would maximize my strengths and lead me to grow.
